Under that name, which could be translated as ‘native’, we see how this restaurant fits, in one way or another, with the identity of the establishment. With its simple minimalist atmosphere, chef Marc Martorell tries to give all the prominence to his culinary roots, clearly tied to the Mediterranean culture (local ingredients, fish from the fish market, vegetables from the garden, meats from the interior of Castellón, etc.). His tasting menu reflects a constant dialogue between the sea and the mountains!
