Temporarily closed. The fine dining restaurant of the Hilton Munich Airport hotel is certainly eye-catching with its semi-circular layout and chic modern design. Diners are seated at generously spaced, elegantly set tables. Service is friendly and attentive, and the cuisine is modern and seasonally inspired. Dishes such as "rabbit, asparagus, wild garlic" or "beef, broccoli, onion" stand out for their pleasing textures and distinctive character, deftly incorporating contrasts while remaining harmonious. Although remaining anchored in classical foundations, the cooking displays plenty of original ideas – the magnificent sauces are a case in point! The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The set menu is available with four, five or six courses, with optional wine pairings by the glass. A vegetarian set menu can also be provided if requested when booking.
