This delightful bistro in the hipster Châtelain district casually adds a new spin to purebred classics, illustrated by the lineup of daily specials on the slate menu. Chef Raffi Vranckx boasts a stint at Bozar Restaurant, among others, as the gutsy flavours and bang-on craftsmanship demonstrate. An example: crispy pithivier, stuffed with pork to add just the right amount of fat, is paired with cumin and pistachio, a rich semi-glazed veal stock and sweet, juicy red plums.
