To the southwest of the city, in a residential area and in a house now fully restored, you will find one of those restaurants to be enjoyed without haste, with a completely open kitchen facing the airy dining room, allowing diners to observe, without filters, the fine work carried out behind the stoves by chef João Viegas and his team. The proposal, exclusively à la carte, is built upon the finest local produce, consistently celebrating Portuguese recipes that speak of the Algarve’s distinctive flavours. The bread, which arrives warm at the table, is made with natural fermentation!
