In a pleasingly relaxed and informal atmosphere, diners are treated to attentive and friendly service and seasonal cuisine. The three- or four-course set menu crafted from select Swiss ingredients is composed according to your personal preferences – the leek stuffed with chicken, served with an excellent chicken broth, for example, is a real treat. The precise and highly skilled craftsmanship of Markus Burkhard, who made a name for himself as head chef at Jakobs ESSZIMMER in Rapperswil, is plain to see. The wine list demonstrates a penchant for Swiss and French labels. The garden terrace, shaded by plane trees, is a real highlight too.
