Just steps from the picturesque port, in the heart of Hvar’s old town, this family-run restaurant has been a cornerstone of the local dining scene for over 70 years. For a broader taste of the kitchen, choose between the two tasting menus, Taste of the Land and Taste of the Sea, dedicated respectively to flavours from the land and the Adriatic. From the à la carte menu, try the Premium Ribeye: 330 g of beef ribeye aged for 60 days, served with red wine sauce, potato cream with sweet pepper and onion, broccoli and mushrooms. The spacious terrace has a relaxed atmosphere, while inside, the walls are decorated with floral arrangements. A small private room houses a selection of fine wines, many from Hvar and other Croatian regions. Booking is essential, especially during high season.
