Directly opposite the marina of the small tourist harbour, on the first floor of an unassuming building, lies this intimate and refined restaurant, a genuine surprise, elegantly furnished and graced by a small terrace with just two tables overlooking the sea and the boats – to be reserved well in advance. The talented chef-patron Marina Gaši interprets the finest local seafood with a modern and creative style, offering exclusively two tasting menus: a more concise four-course journey and a more expansive eight-course experience, with the dessert chosen at the table as the optional conclusion. Our Inspector was particularly struck by the raw prawn tartare, whose natural sweetness is brought out by an almond broth, almond crumble and mint-scented extra-virgin olive oil; equally accomplished was the tagliolino with spring onion, house-made colatura di alici and garlic breadcrumbs. In the dining room, Davor accompanies guests with professionalism and style, contributing greatly to the pleasure of the food experience.
