If you like grilled dishes and feel like experiencing a new way to enjoy them, we recommend you to go to Mala Hierba, a bistro where sincerity is the order of the day and they make you feel at home. Chef Lester López, originally from Guatemala but professionally trained in both the Canary Islands and the Basque Country, has created a suggestive and quite varied menu, with good options for quick bites, dishes from the Mediterranean pantry (his Vega Baja artichokes with truffled potato parmentier are wonderful), homemade cocas baked on the spot... and a special section dedicated to grilled meats and fish, with the curious detail that here they work with a Japanese kamado.
