This time-honoured interwar brasserie is packed in character. A covered passageway leads to a string of stylish, individually appointed dining rooms dripping in romanticism, and to a remarkable wine shop where the son showcases his passion. Chef Kris gets right down to brass tacks courtesy of indulgently crafted high-quality produce. He might cook a lovely piece of wild seabass with the skin on, adding fregola, courgettes, baby spinach leaves and a subtle beurre blanc. His meticulous attention to detail cannot be rivalled, nor can Sandra’s enthusiasm for the front-of-house operations. This fine dining meets a friendly vibe approach is always a hit with foodies!
