It represents the chef's foray into East Asian cooking, bringing together diverse flavours from a number of cuisines on one mightily appealing menu. Start in Japan with mushroom tempura, then hop over to China for a bonito fried duck leg bao bun, via the 'GFC' (Gordon's Fried Chicken) with hot Korean miso.
