Sit in either the oak-panelled dining room, the brighter Garden Room or on the terrace in summer, and make sure you ask to see the impressive wine cellar too. Look out for the 'Market Menu' which offers great value for money and champions island produce, including local seafood and vegetables from the kitchen garden. Ensure you save room for something from the cheese trolley.
