On the first hills behind Garda, the view from the terrace surrounded by greenery is an enchantment, embracing the southern part of the lake, while the interior rooms have been carved out of an old mill with stone walls, now comfortable, "light" and cosy spaces. Here chef Perbellini has set up a cuisine that starting from the territory, from freshwater fish in particular, opens up to proposals of sea and land with Mediterranean and contemporary taste, the steamed seafood salad topped with a wasabi mayonnaise is really delicate and fragrant. Do not miss one of the signature dishes of the famous chef, his legendary mille-feuille.
