Reached by climbing panoramic hill roads, one eventually finds the restaurant that is an excellent example of the quest for and celebration of local produce, beginning with their outstanding olive oil. One may choose between two tasting menus, the longer of which expands upon the shorter one with the addition of other dishes, dining in the tranquillity of a terrace that in summer opens on one side onto the greenery surrounding the restaurant.
