Along the enchanting Val di Non, amid rows of apple orchards and the silhouettes of ancient castles, this building of nineteenth-century origin is home to a dependable family-run establishment, in operation for nearly a century, since 1933 to be precise. The cooking interprets the flavours of the territory with quiet competence, drawing out its seasonal excellences – such as white asparagus and venison preparations – while not shying away from occasional forays into broader national influences. Emblematic in this regard is the excellent pistachio ice cream, singled out by our Inspectors as not to be missed.
