Stepping inside feels almost like entering the home of Evelyn and Carlo, on the first floor of a building in the historic centre of Arco: just three tables and eight covers in total, spread across two floors. The dishes reveal the couple's love of travel, a passion that inspires the two tasting menus (one meat-based, one fish-based), which combine ingredients from Trentino, including from the lake, with more exotic produce.
