In a tastefully restored house in the village, Helena Collaud and Joeffrey Fraiche bend over backwards to welcome diners. Two large colourful canvases set the scene in the smart, modern interior. The polished score highlights regional, but not only, produce. Succulent snacks, house-made bread and savvy combinations of ingredients: runner beans with Colonnata bacon, courgette flowers stuffed with fresh cream cheese and redcurrants; Blonay veal, carrots and apricots… The set lunchtime menu changes weekly; in the evening you will sample the several-course “Grand Voyage” menu (available at lunchtime on request). Fine selection of Swiss wines and splendid cheese trolley.
