What an incredible spot! Guests cross a bridge to reach the lavishly restored Schloss Frankenberg, which enjoys a beautiful elevated location. As well as incorporating a hotel and vineyard, this grand estate is home to Le Frankenberg, whose stylish and elegant interior exudes historical charm. Guided by the theme "French. Franconian. Fine.", the kitchen presents the five- to seven-course set menu "Innovative Klassik by Sascha Bungeroth", with vegetarian and vegan versions available on request with at least two weeks' notice. The international wine list is well curated and includes wines from the estate's own Weingut Schloss Frankenberg. Service is friendly and attentive.
