Harald and Maximilian Rüssel, first encountered at their Michelin-starred Rüssels Landhaus establishment in Germany, add their own inimitable touch to a regional culinary lineup courtesy of a concise menu packed in big-boned flavours. Examples include impeccably prepared cod à la meunière is garnished with a pumpkin-flavoured risotto, crunchy broccoli and a velvety beurre blanc to die for.
