This peaceful 16C château, restored to the highest standards, is the quintessence of Provençal Drôme. From the terrace overlooking the grounds and lavender fields to the snug dining room with its vaulted ceiling and a fire crackling in the hearth, get ready to embark on a poetic culinary voyage inspired by regional delicacies. Each dish is designed to allow the ingredients, particularly veggies, to shout their name. Vincent Champ and Ludivine Pineau showcase their technical prowess and high-flying plating in succulent dishes. We fell in love with the fried artichoke paired with basil, anise hyssop and lemon balm and with the delicious beurre blanc and salmon trout dish. Delightful welcome.
