Located on the edge of the historic centre, this restaurant boasts expansive picture windows that frame stunning views of the Sava River and the city’s contemporary skyline. Talented and passionate, youthful Marko Derić, back in Belgrade after honing his craft in several European restaurants, is now at the head of a creative, razor-sharp kitchen team. Marko’s culinary approach is rooted in Serbian traditions and produce, to which he gives a modern twist, drawing inspiration from French and Italian cuisines. Diners can choose between a range of menus: a five-course fish menu, a five-course meat menu, a more elaborate eight-course menu that features fish and meat, a special lobster option and a concise à la carte lineup. In a unique touch, the chefs themselves present the dishes at the table, forging a direct bond between the kitchen and the diner. Every detail of a meal here reflects a deep respect for Serbia’s culinary heritage, thoughtfully and savvily reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
