Chef-patron Johann Landersdorfer ensures that dishes such as "guinea fowl and duck liver terrine with cranberries" or "cod medallions and patties, chive sauce and potato salad" are meticulously prepared using top-notch ingredients. In the evening, the four-course menu can be extended with add-ons. At lunchtime, choose between a two-course set lunch or eating à la carte. In addition, the experienced, ever-present front-of-house team provides pleasingly relaxed yet attentive service, as well as wine recommendations that pair harmoniously with the food. The wine list is terrific and includes a handful of rarities alongside an array of top-notch wines.
