This restaurant is a bit of a surprise, being hidden inside a historic building in a tiny village that has been lovingly restored to offer a quiet and honest experience. The proposal, in the charge of young chefs Elia Pereira and Borja Piñeiro, takes Galicia as a great dynamising axis to talk about shared memory, the characteristics of the territory, the best local products, always from a contemporary and rather creative standpoint. Everything revolves around a fixed-price à la carte menu, and two additional tasting menus: Brétema (8 course) and Lado (14 courses).
