A restaurant with no lack of charm located close to the Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno. Here, simplicity is lauded as a true gift, hence the focus on simple traditional cuisine but with careful attention paid to preparation and presentation. You’ll find hearty dishes (almost all of them available in half-portions) and some surprising signature tapas, such as the Donuco (a Cantabrian take on the classic doughnut, but savoury), La Pipsa, Mon Cheri, or the now-famous Lebollito (brioche with Lebaniego stew, mustard caviar, and crème fraîche), with which chef Pablo Cadavid won the award for Best Sandwich in Spain in 2024.
