The stylish, well-proportioned interior is laid out around an open kitchen and a Josper charcoal oven, where the chef deploys his phenomenal know-how. The menu mingles Flemish family favourites with more up-to-date dishes - the lineup is more concise on Fridays and Saturdays. We recommend the matured beef: the rib steak is first presented raw, before being cooked to perfection and served with a blend of spices, piping hot fries, mayonnaise and a green salad. The chef’s talent for grilled meat and his in-depth knowledge of his ingredients are legendary!
