The à la carte and set menus make no bones about their classical bistronomic heritage. Whether it is lobster salad or veal cutlets, you can expect deftly crafted classical recipes executed with flair. From iced coffee to chocolate soufflé tart, the desserts also benefit from the chef’s subtle talent and down-to-earth generosity (you can choose from the à la carte dessert lineup even if you opt for the set menu).
