This handsome country estate of Périgord, which boasts a stone-built castle and outbuildings, has been lovingly embellished over the years. A contemporary wing now houses an airy, stylish dining room decked in travertine floors, sandstone walls, a coffered ceiling and contemporary furnishings. Succulent regional produce naturally takes pride of place in chef Adrien Soro’s creative score, together with upmarket ingredients from further afield of the likes of lobster and langoustine. The glorious, glazed wine cellar boasts over 500 labels from all over France at reasonable prices. Fine dining in the evenings only; simpler lineup at lunchtimes.
