The seasonal score ranges from an à la carte lineup to a tasting menu and piattini (tapas-like snacks) served in a casual vibe. The convincing modern tasting menu, featuring several courses, pays a heartfelt tribute to local produce sourced from the estate’s olive grove, garden, farm and the sea, with a subtle sprinkling of herbs from the sweet-scented scrubland.
