Slightly removed from the lively centre of Positano, the restaurant of Hotel Le Agavi enjoys a privileged position, with a panoramic terrace from which the gaze sweeps across Positano, Praiano and the Amalfi coastline, particularly evocative at sunset. The interior dining room, with its broad picture windows, extends the dialogue with the landscape even on cooler evenings. Chef Alberto Annarumma interprets Mediterranean cuisine through the concept of "tradition in evolution", reinterpreting the great flavours of Campania with contemporary technique and elegant presentation, without losing sight of the authenticity of the raw material. The lemon of the Amalfi Coast recurs as a guiding thread throughout the menu, alongside carefully selected local ingredients. The offering comprises three tasting menus – seafood, meat, and vegetable – alongside the à la carte. Among the most interesting dishes, the handmade prawn ravioli stand out: a delicate fresh pasta casing enclosing a refined crustacean mousse, served with Jerusalem artichoke cream, prawn bisque and parsley: a polished preparation that enhances the flavour of the sea with balance and technical precision.
