A unique, surprising and somewhat eclectic restaurant which, despite its young age, clearly demonstrates the chef’s passion for cooking. In the kitchen, chef Elena García conjures up a contemporary, fusion-inspired à la carte that introduces cooking from different parts of the world to the palate, from the recipes of Latin America to the sublime tastes of Spanish cuisine and the intense flavours of Asia. You have the option to order half-portions, dishes to share, and some truly interesting off-menu creations. One dish that we enjoyed in particular was the Warm sea bass sashimi and the Iberian Taco MX, featuring braised beef cheek that’s wonderfully tender, with a hint of curry.
