Located in the old port, it is a restaurant with tasteful and very pleasant interiors, where chef-patron Gaetano, together with his wife Sonia, welcomes guests first thing in the morning for breakfast and a wide selection of homemade pastries. The kitchen offers a wide selection of traditional island and Sicilian dishes, prepared with the day's catch, such as the delicious “Paccheri alla carbonara di mare”, made with swordfish, raw prawns, amberjack roe and mullet bottarga. It is, of course, essential to save room for their delicious desserts, including a signature deconstructed cannolo.
