Not far from Bordeaux, this blissful property nestles in the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, a Graves grand cru classé winery, whose iconic tower serves as a beacon to gourmets in search of excellence. Nicolas Masse is the chef of La Grand'Vigne, the hotel's fine dining restaurant. Masse strives tirelessly towards a single goal, which is to showcase the bountiful produce of Aquitaine, particularly its cornucopia of veg and wines from Pessac Léognan. As legible as it is pure, his refined cuisine aims to reveal the distinctive flavours of cherry-picked produce from southwest France. Nothing is too good, whether it be the front-of-house service or the wine tips. A truly mind-blowing experience!
