Elegant, romantic, and unique, this restaurant embodies the dining experience of the magnificent Cap Rocat Hotel (two MICHELIN Keys) and has undoubtedly become one of the island’s most attractive culinary destinations.Chef Víctor García’s culinary vision is rooted in an absolute love for fresh, seasonal ingredients, centred around a magnificent tasting menu (La Fortaleza, though a vegetarian option is also available) built on three pillars: commitment, respect, and freedom. The experience, which begins with some wonderful appetisers that celebrate the history of the building and the surrounding sea, peaks with dishes like the white asparagus and red prawn, the kind that stay long in the memory, or the dish they call ‘Estopeta de caballa’, which creatively plays with various textures. The little details that make all the difference are to be found in the dining room, which already boasts beautiful views, as it is complemented during the summer months by a fantastic panoramic rooftop terrace.
