In the centre of Palamós, relatively close to the beach, this restaurant that opts for Catalan cuisine has always taken things one step further. They go to the medieval recipe book ‘Llibre de Sent Sovi’ (published in 1324) and, maintaining the essence of their dishes, they manage to update them in their own unique way, with modern techniques and based on seasonal produce. You can order à la carte (half portions are available, except for the rice) or one of two tasting menus: Esencia del Mos and another, more gastronomic, called Memoria y territorio. You simply have to try the delicious crispy pork ear sandwich with Palamós prawns.
