Maxime Leloup, a local lad, and his wife Patricia, who hails from Lima, graciously welcome diners into their updated eatery. The food in the zeitgeist is depicted by meticulous plating and down-to-earth, voluntarily indulgent flavours. For example: pressé of beef with foie gras or caramelised millefeuille with ganache pralinée, hazelnuts and vanilla-laced caramel. The odd Latin American occasionally finds its way onto the menu.
