Chef Campanella crafts a highly personalised score in a bid to allow simple ingredients to shout their name, courtesy of fascinating, subtly orchestrated combinations. This approach, shaped by the chef’s countless travels around the world, is underscored by a succulent Mediterranean dimension. The score is rolled out in two tasting menus: Moving Mountains (exclusively plant-based) and Inspirations (with fish and meat). Diners can choose from five to eight courses, all of which bear the chef’s hallmark, namely high-flying craftsmanship and outstanding coherence, depicted in particular by his sauces. Of outstanding depth and intensity, the latter doubtless provide the most vibrant expression of the chef’s virtuoso talent and skill. The extensive, exquisitely curated wine list cannot fail but satisfy even the most discerning connoisseurs, who will enjoy chatting with the knowledgeable sommelier. In the warmer months, the blissful terrace offers a jaw-dropping view of Lake Maggiore.
