The couple has created strong ties with local producers, such as Ferme d’Artagnan and Ferme Fourchette, who have become part of the family. The chef crafts their excellent ingredients lavishly and creatively. Examples include medium rare, crispy skinned duck breast with a gutsy gravy, grilled fruity peach and a subtle vibrant tarragon-laced mojo sauce. From time to time, the chef organises highly popular theme events, like a Spanish week. A splendid opportunity to taste authentic Liège fare.
