At this trendy, unpretentious bistro, a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere goes hand in hand with excellent food. Individual decorative touches add character to the compact space, but it is the open kitchen that really catches the eye. Excellent ingredients go into carefully considered, elaborately prepared dishes featuring interesting combinations, such as "potato, mushroom, blueberry" or "lamb, gooseberry, cucumber". The set menu comprises five or six courses, with vegetarian components available in place of meat and fish. Wine pairings can be added on request.
