All the best restaurants continue to evolve and that’s exactly what’s happening here at this sophisticated spot hidden in a little alleyway in the historic center of Supetar. Chef-owner Dino Šeparović offers two tasting menus of four or seven courses, made up of visually striking dishes that celebrate the seasonal produce of Brač. Fish, like dry-aged dentex with langoustine bisque, is a highlight and the wood fire is often put to good use. Lunch is served inside the stylish restaurant, while dinner is on the lovely terrace. Dino’s wife Mia runs the service and her wine list contains an impressive collection of Croatian producers.
