Located in the San Juan neighbourhood, just a few minutes from the beautiful Taconera Gardens, lies a Japanese restaurant with its own unique charm. The attentive duo at the helm, Yike Feng (in the kitchen) and Dong Li (overseeing the dining room), offer two options: authentic Japanese cuisine à la carte and, through the Fusion Menu (about 11 courses), a fusion experience that combines local ingredients and recipes with Japanese-inspired seasonings and sauces. We liked two dishes in particular: the Vieira pastry with ajo blanco and seaweed (crispy wakame), as well as the beef tenderloin with potato pudding and bacon glazed with onion sauce.
