All of this is brought to life through an à la carte service that mixes tradition and fusion, as well as three tasting menus: Corto, Kiki and Kiki Especial (the latter offers more select products, such as akami, caviar and king crab). Make sure you try some of the nigiris, such as the Nigiri Akami-Crunchy (crispy rice with spicy tuna tartare and quail’s egg).
