Easily reached from Corvara via the modern Boè cable car – or directly on skis – it surprises on arrival with its gourmet spirit at altitude. The essential and elegant interiors have been conceived to celebrate the true star of the experience: the extraordinary panorama over the peaks of Sassongher, Santa Croce and Varella, admired through broad picture windows. In the kitchen, a focused and well-defined offering centres on clean and immediate flavours, with dishes that privilege taste and substance; among them, the cacio e pepe risotto with sausage is particularly appreciated. A carefully curated wine list, rich in Italian labels and prestigious French references, completes the experience.
