This cosy family-run establishment in the romantic setting of a small mountain village is far removed from the hustle and bustle. The drive up the steep narrow road is well worth it, and not only for the beautifully landscaped terrace with magnificent Alpine panoramic views. No less tempting is the delicious seasonal cuisine – dishes are prepared with top-notch fresh local produce and a dose of sensibility. The menu features dishes such as house-made chanterelle ravioli and sliced veal in a cream of mushroom sauce. A four- to seven-course set menu is also available if pre-booked (two days in advance). The food is complemented by a well-curated and reasonably priced wine list. Tip: Soups, sausages, jams and other delicacies can be purchased to take home. There are pleasant rustic-style guestrooms for overnight stays. N.B. Cash payments only.
