Set within a stunning estate with a swimming pool, this restaurant offers two complementary experiences: an informal à la carte lunch, to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere, and a fine-dining dinner, which is more elaborate and ambitious. At the helm of the kitchen is chef Giuseppe Corda, who, following significant experience in Taormina’s finest restaurants, has developed a personal style that skilfully blends Sicilian tradition with elegant Japanese influences. Ingredients such as yuzu, wasabi, seaweed and yakitori thus complement local produce, giving rise to contemporary, well-balanced dishes full of character. The dinner centres on three five-course tasting menus – vegetarian, seafood and meat – designed to cater for different culinary preferences. The flexibility of the concept is particularly commendable, as it allows guests to freely combine dishes from the various menus, creating a bespoke culinary journey without compromising on the coherence and quality of the experience.
