Youthful chef Anthony de Filippo (stints with Lionel Levy at Alcyone and Dominique Frérard at Les Trois Forts in Marseilles) takes his crew of foodies on an appetising, no-holds barred voyage, in which fish and shellfish take pride of place. Bouillabaisse on the menu (without prior reservation).
