Tucked away in a smart West Yorkshire town, this small restaurant provides a platform for Chef Michael O’Hare to express his personality and signature cooking style. There are just six tables and four coveted kitchen counter seats in the understatedly modern dining room where white-topped tables contrast with black leather chairs. Creativity and complexity abound across the constantly changing menu of around a dozen small servings, sometimes incorporating Asian influences such as Peking-style roasted duck. Thoughtfully created wine flights complement the food perfectly.
