After more than thirty years of business at its historic premises in Pollone, the Vineis family’s restaurant has moved to the centre of Biella, inside the so-called ‘Palazzone’, in completely refurbished premises that once housed private clubs. The project is currently being developed along two distinct but complementary paths. On the one hand, there is Il Patio, the restaurant’s most contemporary venue, where Simone Vineis – supported by his father Sergio’s expertise and presence – offers a menu that follows the seasons and the inspiration of the moment, with a particular focus on meat, while also venturing into other culinary territories. On the other hand, there’s Il Circolo Bistrot, a more informal and relaxed setting, designed for those seeking the pleasure of good food in a convivial and laid-back atmosphere. Two establishments under one roof, united by a long family history and a well-established culture of hospitality.
