Upon entering, guests are welcomed by an evocative crackling fireplace, beside which aged meat is cooked to perfection. The varieties offered come from the world’s finest regions and sustainable farms, including prized wagyu. Chianina naturally takes center stage, but the menu extends to game as well, offering a wide range of authentic flavors. The elegant dining rooms, which have gained charm and refinement over the years, are the result of management that began in the 1970s and is now more vibrant than ever. A warm atmosphere, attentive service, and a selection of prestigious labels complete the gastronomic experience. During the warmer months, outdoor seating is also available.
