In a hamlet a few kilometres from Fouday, this attractive village house with a green façade is run by Nadège Monna (front of house) and Antoine Huguenin (in the kitchen). With sincerity, passion and humility, they champion cuisine that is in touch with the seasons and draws extensively on the large kitchen garden behind the restaurant. The surprise menu is therefore packed with ultra-fresh vegetables, while fermentation, dehydration and salting help them get through the winter. The clarity of the explanations given by the lady of the house is also much appreciated.
