An impressive family-run restaurant occupying a building that was once a hospital for pilgrims along the Way of St James. To a backdrop of rustic-classic decor, choose from an extensive regionally focused à la carte complemented by three set menus (Bordón, Escarcela, and Compostela). The cuisine here has a very strong regional focus with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, including standout game options (partridge, pigeon, venison etc) and locally grown ingredients (alubia beans from Saldaña, vegetables from the province of Palencia etc).
