The handsome herrnschlösschen hotel, located in the Old Town, is home to a delightful little restaurant whose stylish modern interior design seamlessly incorporates the building's historical architectural features – note the huge wooden beam dating back to 1526! Following the seasons, the five-course set menu features dishes such as "Norwegian skrei, celeriac, pak choi, sesame" or "Franconian lamb, Jerusalem artichoke, morels, Martini".
